Waning crescent in Virgo

Nothing the boss decides now will stick. Draft it and send it after Thu 2:44 PM.

New moon Nov 9 · Full moon Nov 24

  • Mercury retrograde in Scorpio

Approvals reverse without warning. Ask what was actually decided.

  • Venus retrograde in Libra

Old favourites and old grudges return. Being agreeable is still agreeing; check what you said yes to.

  • Saturn retrograde in Aries

Deadlines get re-argued. Ask which date is real.

  • Mars in Leo

Ego clash ahead. Let them win the meeting and keep your scope.

What's in the ward.

Name the threat.

Twenty classics, from the moving goalpost to the meeting about the meeting. It's boss bingo, and the grid keeps score of what keeps happening.

The threat grid in the app: tiles for job threats, guilt, chaos, interrogation, gossip and meetings.

Say it. Then write it.

Every threat comes with a line for the room and a line for the email. Yellow Rock is warm. Grey Rock is boring on purpose. Firm Rock says no, politely.

Three moai heads: lemon yellow, grey stone and tomato red.

Your boss's signature move.

Every boss has a move only they pull. Name it, write your comeback, and it joins the grid, encrypted like everything else.

A custom threat in the app, Per my last, with its own lines to say and write.

The Grimoire keeps receipts.

A private calendar of what happened and when, locked with your passphrase. No spare key, no cloud, no export to HR. One tap on the eye hides it all.

A leather grimoire with a brass padlock.

How a bad day goes.

Changing requirements or priorities

First it lands. You name it.

An unrecorded change is not evidence that I failed.

Then you breathe. One line.

Say What's the requirement now?

Write What is the current requirement?

Then you answer. Calmly.

Then it's filed. Receipts kept.

Your boss gets no dashboard.

Everything runs on your device and your history is locked with your passphrase. A work laptop or a shared screen can still see your screen, so the eye hides it all in one tap.

Fair questions.

Is it really free?

Yes. No accounts, no ads, no paid tier, no upsell. The code is MIT-licensed.

Can my employer see it?

The app makes no network requests and keeps history encrypted on your device. A managed browser, monitoring software or screen sharing can still show what is on your screen, so the eye button hides everything in one tap.

What is grey rock?

Being as interesting as a rock: short, factual replies that give a provocation nothing to hold. Yellow Rock adds warmth. Firm Rock draws the line.

Where does my history go?

Nowhere. It stays in your browser, encrypted with your passphrase. There is no recovery: lose the passphrase, lose the history. That is kind of the point.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The extension never needs the network, and the phone app keeps working after its first load.

Is this therapy or legal advice?

No. It is a coping tool for a bad day at work. For threats, harassment or danger, read Support without jokes.

Is the astrology real?

The sky is: the moon, Mercury and the planets are calculated on your device from real astronomy. The boss forecast is pure vibes, written to help you cope, not to predict anything.

Is the tarot real?

The art is: 78 public-domain paintings turned into stickers. The fortunes are vibes. Think of it as a mirror with jokes.

Could've been a boundary.
